• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Studies, PGCE, or equivalent
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent professional certification
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly welcomed to apply
• Experience delivering the British Curriculum is highly desirable, particularly within an EYFS setting

To succeed in this role, you will be a passionate and dedicated Early Years practitioner who places the child at the centre of everything you do. You will have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and the ability to create stimulating, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments. Strong communication skills — with children, parents, and colleagues alike — are essential, as is the ability to plan creatively and assess meaningfully.

You will be adaptable, reflective, and genuinely enthusiastic about the enormous impact that high‑quality Early Years education has on a child’s long‑term development. Experience in an international or multicultural setting is an advantage, though not essential.

The welfare and safety of children is the highest priority in this role and within this school community. All applicants must demonstrate a clear commitment to safeguarding and child protection, including an understanding of their responsibilities under relevant frameworks and policies. You will be expected to maintain professional boundaries at all times, respond appropriately to concerns, and contribute actively to a culture of safety and vigilance.
