Events Marketing Intern

Help AG is looking for a talented and passionate individual to join as an Events Marketing Intern who will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This role is highly operational and hands‑on. The intern will assist with day‑to‑day event tasks, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and support on‑ground execution before, during, and after events.

This role is suited for a person who is organized, proactive, creative, and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.

• Support planning and execution of multiple events.
• Track event timelines, checklists, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, design, and content.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners for logistics and materials.
• Assist with registrations, attendee lists, badges, and on‑site logistics.
• Support creation and distribution of event assets such as invitations, agendas, and basic collateral.
• Assist with event communication via email, Whats App, and social media.
• Support live event coverage including photos, short videos, and updates.
• Help with post‑event follow‑ups, reporting, and content organization.
• Be present on‑site during events to support setup, coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with speaker coordination, session flow, and attendee management.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple events at the same time.
• Comfortable working on‑site and outside regular office hours when required.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, writing and verbal.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn by doing.
