Learners Point is looking for a skilled and creative Instructional Designer / Learning Experience Designer to join our Bangalore office.

Role OverviewThe selected candidate will design and develop high-quality corporate learning programs for professional audiences across industries. The role focuses on curriculum design, content development, and creating engaging learner experiences for instructor-led and digital training solutions.
Responsibilities- Design structured corporate training programs (Leadership, Customer Service, Sales, Compliance, Professional Development)
- Develop participant workbooks, trainer guides, PPT decks, case studies, and assessments
- Create e-learning storyboards (where applicable)
- Conduct training needs analysis and align learning objectives with business outcomes
- Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to build impactful learning modules
- Design interactive learning elements (role plays, simulations, scenario-based activities)
- Customize content for client proposals and corporate requirements
- Review and enhance existing course materials
- Strong curriculum design and instructional strategy skills
- Experience in corporate training content development
- Excellent writing and structuring ability
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and content development tools
