• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to meet educational standards.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment for all students.

• Monitor and evaluate student progress through assignments and assessments regularly.
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student growth and areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere to support diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with other educators and school staff to optimize educational outcomes.
• Plan and organize extracurricular activities to enrich students' learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance diligently.
• Encourage student participation and facilitate group or individual activities as appropriate.
• Address and resolve any student behavioral issues promptly and effectively.
• Stay informed about current educational trends and best practices in primary education.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required.
• Valid teaching certification or license for primary education is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Primary School Teacher or in a similar educational role.
• Strong understanding of educational methodologies and child development principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for teaching.
• Ability to manage a diverse and dynamic classroom environment effectively.
• Proficient in using technology to enhance teaching and administrative tasks.
