Job Description - GEMS Metropole School Al Waha, Dubai is seeking a Whole School PE Teacher for August 2026. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality PE lessons across the whole school
- Teach Academic PE at secondary level and support examination pathways
- Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment and reporting within the PE department
- Coach and support extracurricular sport in at least one core sport area
- Support whole-school sporting events, including sports days and competitions
- Promote positive attitudes towards health, wellbeing and lifelong participation in physical activity
- Qualified teacher status (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering Academic Physical Education (e.g. GCSE, BTEC or similar)
- Ability to coach one or more of the following: football, swimming, cricket, netball or athletics
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Commitment to inclusive practice and student wellbeing
