We are a nurturing, dynamic nursery based in Dubai, offering a unique learning environment that blends the Montessori method with a strong focus on early childhood development. Our school is designed to inspire creativity, critical thinking, and emotional growth in young children. Located in a prime area of Dubai, our facilities are state-of-the-art and provide a safe, enriching space where children can explore and grow at their own pace.

• A relevant teaching qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent)
• Montessori training or experience is a plus

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Experience with both structured and unstructured play-based learning

• Passionate about working with young children and fostering a supportive learning environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  Ability to work well as part of a collaborative team
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is an advantage

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 2-5 years
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Monitor and assess children's progress and well-being
• Support the social, emotional, and developmental needs of each child
