The Arbor School is seeking a nurturing, creative, and reflective Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to support children’s transition from EYFS and establish strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and personal development. The successful candidate will create a safe, joyful, and inclusive learning environment that supports young learners in becoming confident, curious, and independent thinkers. Through developmentally appropriate practice, effective planning, and ongoing assessment, the KS1 Teacher will design rich and engaging learning experiences aligned with the National Curriculum for England, fostering a love of learning through exploration and structured play.

- Native-level English language skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Bachelor's degree with a PGCE in Education with QTS or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Key Stages 1 and/or 2 in British schools
- A track record of outstanding teaching and learning, and an ability to create a caring and nurturing classroom environment
