Job Description
Dubai British School Jumeirah are currently recruiting for an experienced Secondary Inclusion Teacher.
The RoleThe successful candidate will have expertise in providing high quality inclusion and ELL support in Key Stage 3, with the drive and commitment to progress and expand as the school grows yearly.

Key Responsibilities Teaching & LearningPlan, deliver, and evaluate targeted intervention programmes across a range of need areas, aligned with the National Curriculum for England and whole-school inclusion priorities.
Use assessment data, screening tools, student voice, and classroom observation to support the identification of need and to inform responsive Quality First Teaching and intervention planning.
Work collaboratively with subject teachers to adapt strategies and provision, reflecting regularly on impact and contributing to continuous improvement in inclusive practice.
Create structured, supportive learning environments that promote independence, celebrate neurodiversity, and build student confidence to engage with challenge and learning risks.
Contribution to School CultureWork in partnership with teaching staff, inclusion colleagues, and leaders to ensure coherent provision, effective transition between interventions, and clear progression for students.
Contribute to enrichment, pastoral, and wider school initiatives that support wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion for all learners.
Support and empower colleagues through modelling inclusive strategies, sharing effective practice, and engaging in professional dialogue around student need and provision.
Actively promote a welcoming, inclusive, and professional school culture through positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
