AboutThe Role
A key member of the School Leadership Team, you will provide direction, inspiration and guidance to our secondary teaching staff. Focused on developing a high‑performing team, you – along with the support of the Head – will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the school, including staff development, performance management and deployment. You will also be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Join our fast‑paced international environment, and you will deliver the UK National Curriculum, IGSCE, A Levels, International Baccalaureate Programme and BTEC. You will challenge students to set ambitious targets for themselves and seek out and use innovative teaching practices to enhance their experiences and outcomes.

About YouAble to drive excellence by valuing and developing others, you will be a qualified teacher with extensive experience of both hands‑on teaching and management in education. You will stay fully up to date with curriculum developments.

Able to work with a high degree of cultural sensitivity in our changing and fast‑paced international environment, you will use a range of communication strategies and channels.
