A key member of the School Leadership Team, you will provide direction, inspiration and guidance to our secondary teaching staff. Focused on developing a high‑performing team, you along with the Deputy Head will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the school, including staff development, performance management and deployment. You will also be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Join our fast‑paced international environment, and you will deliver the UK National Curriculum, IGCSE, A Levels, International Baccalaureate Programme and BTEC. You will challenge students to set ambitious targets for themselves and seek out and use innovative teaching practices to enhance their experiences and outcomes.

You are a qualified teacher with extensive experience of hands‑on teaching and management in education, fully up to date with curriculum developments. You have strong leadership and people‑management skills, a flair for setting and meeting challenging performance targets, and a high degree of cultural sensitivity in a fast‑paced international environment. You are able to use a range of communication strategies and channels.

Your commercial, financial, market and organisational awareness enables you to devise effective solutions to complex business challenges. You hold a university degree in your specialist subject, a teaching qualification and considerable teaching experience, and you are receptive to feedback and ready to embrace change.
