We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic High School IB Core Teacher to join our dedicated team from August 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about IB Core education and is eager to contribute to the academic success of our students.

• Deliver engaging and interactive IB Core lessons to high school students, following the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies to inspire a love for IB Core and foster critical thinking skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Ensure continuity in the delivery of curriculum content.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Participate in parent‑teacher conferences and maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress.

• A Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree plus a relevant teaching qualification such as a PGCE, PGDE or equivalent in e.g., Philosophy, Social Sciences, Humanities, Education.
• Proven experience teaching IB Core at high school level, preferably within an American/IB curriculum school.
• Strong knowledge of inquiry‑based learning and hands‑on IB Core education.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
• A strong desire to continually improve their practice and deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences for their students.
