In alignment with our mission to foster innovative education, we invite applications for a full-time Assistant/Associate Professor position in the Accounting program.

The successful candidate will play a vital role within the school and is expected to be present on the Dubai campus during working hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching: Deliver engaging courses utilizing advanced online learning platforms and innovative technologies.
• Curriculum Development: Design instructional materials and e-content tailored to the field of Accounting.
• Mentorship: Guide, advise, and mentor students throughout their academic journeys.
• Professional Development: Create and facilitate professional short courses and workshops aimed at specific target groups and professional communities.
• Research: Enhance the academic landscape by publishing research findings in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals. Developing proposals and pursuing funding opportunities for research related to accounting or associated fields are a plus.
• Service: Undertake necessary responsibilities to support academic programs and their accreditations.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A Ph.D. in Accounting from an AACSB-accredited university.
• The candidate should be capable of teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• A demonstrated record of successful teaching experience at an AACSB accredited university.
• Experience in online/e-learning environments is preferred.
• Ability to integrate industry insights into curriculum development and classroom instruction.
• Proven capability in developing and delivering professional workshops.
• Professional certificate in accounting is a plus.

Candidates will be appointed as Assistant or Associate Professor based on the following criteria:

• A minimum of 5 years of academic experience in a university setting for the Associate Professor position.
• A strong research profile with high-quality publications and impactful contributions.
• Evidence of holding the same title at the time of application or from the last employing institution.
