• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Humanities department, ensuring an interdisciplinary, research‑driven curriculum across Geography, History, Economics, and Global Perspectives.
• Promote critical thinking, inquiry skills, and global awareness among staff and students.
• Design and deliver high‑quality, inquiry‑based lessons that embed real‑world applications, sustainability studies, and ethical, political, and economic analysis.
• Develop and nurture industry and academic partnerships to enrich learning opportunities.
• Support staff professional development and foster a collaborative culture.
• Ensure curriculum coherence, alignment with national and international standards, and continuous improvement.

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Proven experience leading a team of high‑performing educators.
• Willingness to collaborate, share practice, and support staff growth.
