Join our faculty to deliver engaging lessons across undergraduate and postgraduate programs
, in alignment with academic schemes defined by the Academic Department and Director of Education.

You will plan and conduct structured learning activities that ensure students achieve established learning outcomes, while fully complying with scientific, quality, and CAA accreditation standards.

You’ll prepare and update teaching materials, lead classroom and studio-based activities, supervise student projects, and contribute to curriculum development.

Working closely with Programme Leaders and fellow faculty, you will help create a dynamic, research-informed, and industry‑relevant learning environment. Opportunities may also include visiting professor assignments at Italian or international partner institutions.

• Deliver assigned lessons for BA and MA programs following the Scheme of Work
• Design clear, engaging educational activities aligned with learning objectives
• Collaborate with the Director of Education and Programme Leaders on program development
• Support students through classroom and laboratory activities
• Supervise projects and ensure academic rigor and quality outcomes
• Monitor student progress and report critical issues when necessary

• Maintain and update your CV in line with CAA and ministerial requirements
• Contribute to research, scientific output, and academic excellence

• Master’s degree in Fashion Design or a relevant discipline (mandatory)
• PhD considered an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at international university level
• Proven industry experience in Fashion Design, preferably in the luxury sector
• Strong awareness of contemporary fashion markets and brand positioning
• Ability to bridge creative design with commercial awareness
• UAE Ministry of Education Qualification Equivalency
• Experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Strong research and professional networking capabilities

• Excellent drawing and illustration skills (hand and digital)
• Advanced skills in pattern cutting, draping, and garment construction
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CLO3D, and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of the full fashion design process
• Knowledge of materials, textiles, sustainability, and luxury production standards
• Commitment to innovation, professionalism, and academic excellence
