Job DescriptionJob Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our school in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of UAE government regulations, be well-versed in handling all necessary approvals, and ensure compliance with local authorities.
QualificationsKey Responsibilities:
- Handle all school-related documentation, approvals, and renewals with government authorities (KHDA, MOH, Immigration, Labour, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and school regulations.
- Process visas, licenses, permits, and employee documentation.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with various government departments.
- Handle official school correspondence and public relations matters.
- Ensure timely submission and completion of all legal and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of PRO experience in schools or educational institutions in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of KHDA, MOH, and other relevant authorities’ procedures.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Valid UAE driving license.
