Teaching Assistant & Bus Attendant

Nibras International School is seeking a Teaching Assistant and Bus Attendant to join the team in January 2026. The role supports classroom learning, manages instructional materials, and ensures the safety and wellbeing of students during school and transport activities.

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student instruction.
• Organise, distribute, and maintain classroom supplies and educational displays.
• Supervise snack times, track attendance, and perform basic office support tasks.
• Act as a bus attendant: monitor student behaviour, enforce seat‑belt use, check attendance, liaise with parents and transport managers, and handle safeguarding issues.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed in both classroom and bus environments.

• Knowledge of classroom teaching practices and instructional technology.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building with teachers, parents, and students.
• Enthusiasm, energy, adaptability, patience, and responsibility.

• Education: Graduate degree.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a teacher assistant.
• Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication, professionalism, safeguarding awareness, and teamwork.
• Attributes: Empathetic listener, integrity, international mindset, emotional intelligence, and a can‑do attitude.
