We are looking for a Value & Character Education Specialist to join our team. Let’s shape a brighter future guided by the wisdom of the Holy Quran and Islamic teachings!

• Design and conduct workshops, activities, and sessions that promote ethical decision-making, empathy, leadership, and respect for Islamic traditions.
• Foster a positive school culture by championing initiatives rooted in faith, integrity, and responsibility.
• Assess and report on the effectiveness of values-based programs, recommending improvements for continuous impact.
• Engage parents and the broader community to support Islamic character-building initiatives and enhance cultural awareness.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate Islamic teachings seamlessly into the broader curriculum, tailored to different age groups and learning abilities.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress in Quranic recitation, memorization, and understanding of Tajweed rules.

• Masters in Islamic Education or related field.
• 5+ years of teaching experience in Dubai.
