Skin Therapist-Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Skin Therapist-Trainer who is adept in both skin care techniques and instructional skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of skin care practices, proven experience in training others, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others excel in the industry.

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs on skin care techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
• Assess and enhance the skills of trainees through practical demonstrations, hands‑on exercises, and evaluations.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and multimedia resources to support educational objectives.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching and group workshops to address individual and team learning needs.
• Stay current with industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies to ensure training content is up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with the team to tailor training programs to meet specific business goals and client needs.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

• Proven experience as a skin care professional with a solid understanding of skin care techniques and treatments.
• Previous experience in a training or instructional role within the skin care or beauty industry.
• UAE Driving License is a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications or credentials in skin care and training are preferred.
• A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
