Key Requirements Successful candidates will be able to:- Emb–ody and role model the core values of curiosity, confidence, creativity, respect and kindness
- Hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE, PGDE or equivalent
- Demonstrate proven experience teaching GCSE and A Level Psychology and Sociology
- Share and implement exemplary teaching and learning practices
- Show creativity, enthusiasm and commitment both inside and outside the classroom
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, students and parents
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of outstanding teaching and learning
