About the roleYou will serve as the strategic and academic head of school, ensuring a safe, inclusive, high-performing environment aligned with KHDA/CBSE guidelines and the UAE National Agenda. You’ll drive curriculum and assessment excellence, uplift student outcomes, and build a culture of wellbeing and continuous improvement.
What you’ll doSet and execute the school’s vision, mission, and strategy (SEF and improvement plans).
Lead teaching, learning, curriculum, assessment, and extracurricular programmes.
Raise attainment and progress; embed data-informed practices.
Foster strong parent engagement and community partnerships.
Implement robust performance management and staff development (CPD).
Ensure compliance, health & safety, and efficient operations.
Provide turnaround leadership across Pre-KG to Grade 12.
Master’s in Education/Educational Leadership/School Management or NPQH; PGCE/PGDE with QTS (or equivalent).
Degree attestation and equivalency certificate(s).
3–5+ years as Principal/Vice Principal/SLT with a proven track record of pedagogical leadership.
Strong knowledge of MOE/KHDA/CBSE regulations and DSIB frameworks.
