Working closely with the Principal, Head of School and Senior Leadership Team, the Assistant Headteacher provides highly effective strategic and operational leadership that strengthens teaching, learning, assessment, and wellbeing across their phase. The role supports the development of a safe, inclusive and ambitious learning culture, ensures high standards of professional practice, and contributes to whole‑school improvement in line with Taaleem expectations and regulatory frameworks.
