Glu Care Integrated Diabetes Center is a pioneering healthcare facility in Dubai, delivering comprehensive, tech-enabled, and patient-centric care for individuals with diabetes and other metabolic disorders. We are redefining chronic disease management through an integrated care model, continuous monitoring technologies, and a multidisciplinary team approach.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality primary care with a strong focus on diabetes and endocrine-related conditions.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with chronic conditions such as Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, obesity, thyroid disorders, PCOS, and other metabolic/endocrine issues.
- Work closely with endocrinologists, health coaches, nutritionists, diabetes educators, and other specialists in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Utilize Glu Care’s digital platforms and remote monitoring tools to support continuous care and patient engagement.
- Participate in developing and implementing personalized care plans based on patient data, behavior, and health trends.
- Monitor treatment outcomes, adjust medications, and provide preventive and lifestyle-oriented advice.
- Support patients in their diabetes education and self-management journey.
- Ensure thorough documentation in the electronic medical records system and comply with Glu Care’s clinical protocols and standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, case discussions, and training sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on clinical guidelines and innovations in endocrinology and chronic care.
Understand, follow and support all hospital infection control programs
Requirements Qualifications & Experience- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- DHA License or Eligibility Letter as General Practitioner (GP).
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience in the UAE.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in endocrinology or diabetes management is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in a multidisciplinary or tech-enabled healthcare environment is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
