As a Specialist Pulmonologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a range of respiratory diseases and conditions in patients. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, leverage advanced diagnostic technologies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing the health and quality of life of patients within the community.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients with respiratory conditions, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests, bronchoscopy, and imaging studies.
- Diagnose and manage various pulmonary disorders, including asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, and lung cancer.
- Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
- Educate patients and their families about respiratory health, disease prevention, and management strategies.
