Search Plus HR is thrilled to present an excellent opportunity for a Specialist Colon & Rectal Surgeon to join our distinguished private healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will provide specialized surgical care for patients with disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
As a Specialist Colon & Rectal Surgeon, you will utilize your expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of colorectal conditions. Your responsibilities will involve performing advanced surgical procedures, collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team, and guiding patients through their treatment journeys in a private healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform detailed patient evaluations, including thorough medical histories and clinical assessments.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as colonoscopy and imaging studies, to aid in diagnosis.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient preferences.
- Execute a range of surgical procedures, utilizing both traditional and minimally invasive techniques.
- Deliver comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient recovery.
- Educate patients and their families about surgical options, risks, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate high-quality patient care.
- Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation as per compliance standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain at the forefront of colorectal surgery advancements.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and respect patient confidentiality at all times.
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a current medical license to practice.
- Completion of residency in General Surgery and fellowship training in Colon and Rectal Surgery.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of colorectal diseases.
- High level of proficiency in performing complex surgical procedures related to colon and rectal health.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing patient records.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for ongoing education.
- Adherence to all health and safety regulations and ethical practices in clinical settings.
Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
