ENT Consultant - Relocate to Dubai
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking an experienced ENT Consultant to provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance. The role combines clinical excellence with mentorship, education, and continuous improvement in practice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive, ethical, and patient-focused ENT clinical care across all relevant settings
- Identify, assess, and manage clinical risks associated with patient care
- Ensure strict adherence to clinical governance, quality standards, and patient safety protocols
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records
- Support professional growth by mentoring and training junior doctors and medical students
- Participate in continuous professional development
, keeping up to date with best practices in ENT - Conduct clinical duties with integrity, accountability, and the highest professional standards
- At least 2 years of Consultant-level experience
Ideal candidates must hold specialist credentials including:
- United Kingdom / Ireland:
- CCT in Otorhinolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery (CCT ENT)
- United States / Canada:
- American Board Certification in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery (USA)
- Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification in Otolaryngology
- Australia / New Zealand:
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons - ENT (FRACS ENT)
- South Africa:
- Fellowship of the Colleges of Surgery of South Africa - ENT (FCS ENT [SA])
Ideally, candidates will have at least two years of post-certification Consultant-level experience
Skills & Competencies- Ability to mentor, supervise, and train junior medical staff and students
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of clinical audits, quality improvement, and governance processes
- Excellent written and spoken English

Arabic language skills are an advantage
