🧠Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant ENT Surgeon with extensive experience in trauma and head & neck surgery. The role involves managing complex emergency and elective cases, including tracheostomies, penetrating neck injuries, and facial trauma, while delivering patient-centered care to the highest standards.

- Diagnose and manage ENT conditions with subspecialty focus on trauma and head & neck surgery.
- Perform emergency and elective procedures, including:
Tracheostomies - Repair and management of penetrating neck injuries
- Surgical management of facial trauma
- Provide comprehensive peri-operative care and ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with trauma surgeons, neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, and critical care teams in multidisciplinary settings.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and recovery plans.
- Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to teaching, mentoring junior doctors, and clinical research.

- Educate patients and families on treatment options and recovery plans.
- Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to teaching, mentoring junior doctors, and clinical research.
- Medical degree with fellowship/subspecialty training in ENT / Otolaryngology.
- Board certification or equivalent in ENT Surgery.
- Proven expertise in trauma, head & neck surgery, tracheostomies, and facial trauma management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English;
Arabic or other languages an advantage.
