Overview

🧠 Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant ENT Surgeon with extensive experience in trauma and head & neck surgery. The role involves managing complex emergency and elective cases, including tracheostomies, penetrating neck injuries, and facial trauma, while delivering patient-centered care to the highest standards.

  • Diagnose and manage ENT conditions with subspecialty focus on trauma and head & neck surgery.
  • Perform emergency and elective procedures, including:
    Tracheostomies
  • Repair and management of penetrating neck injuries
  • Surgical management of facial trauma
  • Provide comprehensive peri-operative care and ensure patient safety.
  • Collaborate with trauma surgeons, neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, and critical care teams in multidisciplinary settings.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment options and recovery plans.
  • Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to teaching, mentoring junior doctors, and clinical research.
Responsibilities

  • Contribute to teaching, mentoring junior doctors, and clinical research.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Medical degree with fellowship/subspecialty training in ENT / Otolaryngology.
  • Board certification or equivalent in ENT Surgery.
  • Proven expertise in trauma, head & neck surgery, tracheostomies, and facial trauma management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English;
    Arabic or other languages an advantage.
