We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our esteemed medical facility in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, perform surgical procedures, and follow up on patient progress. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal disorders accurately.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including both surgical and non-surgical options.Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including joint replacements, arthroscopies, and fracture repairs.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists and radiologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.Monitor and manage postoperative recovery, addressing any complications or concerns that may arise.Educate patients and their families about treatment options, recovery processes, and preventive care.Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopaedic surgery and participate in continuous medical education.Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the hospital.Provide mentorship and training to junior surgeons and medical students, fostering a culture of learning and development.Preferred Candidate
Board certification in orthopaedic surgery with a valid medical license to practice in the UAE.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a strong focus on orthopaedic procedures.Exceptional surgical skills and a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating leadership and teamwork capabilities.Commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for improving patient quality of life.Proficiency in using advanced medical technology and surgical instruments.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.Willingness to participate in research and contribute to the advancement of orthopaedic medicine.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Skills
