• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with shoulder‑related concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing both surgical and non‑surgical methods
• Perform surgical procedures, including arthroscopic shoulder surgery, shoulder joint replacement, and rotator cuff repairs
• Provide education and guidance to patients regarding their conditions, treatment options, and recovery strategies
• Work with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to support post‑operative rehabilitation
• Stay updated on advancements in shoulder surgery techniques and technologies
• Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives within the orthopedic department
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• Completion of residency in Orthopedic Surgery with specialized training in Shoulder Surgery
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in shoulder surgery
• Proficient in performing a wide range of shoulder surgical procedures
• Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients and their families
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in orthopedic surgery
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset
