We are seeking a compassionate and culturally attuned Consultant Psychiatrist fluent in Arabic to join our multidisciplinary mental health team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide expert psychiatric care to adult patients, integrating evidence‑based practices with cultural sensitivity to support mental wellness across diverse populations.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations for adult patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions
• Provide medication management and monitor treatment efficacy
• Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and primary care providers to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using EMR systems
• Participate in case conferences, peer reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with DHA regulations and clinical governance protocols

• Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry
• Valid Consultant‑level certification (e.g., UK CCT, Arab Board, or equivalent)
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential
• Minimum 5 years post‑specialization experience in adult psychiatry
• DHA eligibility or willingness to obtain licensure
• Proven ability to work in multicultural environments with sensitivity to Middle Eastern cultural norms
• Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills

• Experience in trauma‑informed care, mood disorders, and psychosis
