This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multidisciplinary mental health team dedicated to improving the emotional and psychological wellbeing of children and adolescents. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical care, contribute to the development of integrated child mental health services, and play an active role in medical education and research.

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents with a wide range of mental health conditions
• Collaborate closely with psychologists, therapists, social workers, and educators to deliver holistic, family‑centred care
• Participate in the teaching and supervision of medical trainees and allied professionals
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and academic initiatives within the department
• Engage in research and continuing professional development activities

• Recognised specialist qualification in Psychiatry (CCT, FRCPsych, American Board, Canadian, Australian, or equivalent)
• Subspecialty training or significant experience in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Minimum of 35 years post‑specialist qualification experience
• Eligibility for consultant‑level licensure in the UAE
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient‑centred and culturally sensitive approach
