About this RoleWe are actively seeking Interior Designers to join CCD’s Dubai studio, this role involves delivering high-end interior design solutions for our prestigious clients, including but not limited to hospitality brands, luxury developers, and global corporations. As part of CCD’s design team, you will shape creative ideas, foster strong client relationships, and drive projects from concept to completion.
Location:
Dubai, with regional travel as required.
- Develop and document the design of various types of interior design projects, covering the whole process from initial concept development, mood boards, schematic design, design development/documentation to design finalization.
- Collaborate with FF&E Designers to develop color schemes, hard finishes, FF&E selection and sample boards; as well as development of 3D rendering drafts and the final effect of renderings to ensure the design is meeting high design requirements.
- Timely communication of design schemes with the Design Director for review and guidance; maintain effective communication with clients throughout the process until the scheme is formally confirmed.
- Prepare and plan detailed drawing at the initial stage of design phase following the quality to ensure their standardization, completeness and constructability.
- Track the project program, promptly respond to and effectively solve design related problems (on-site), and optimize the design scheme according to the actual construction situation to ensure the project is delivered smoothly.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Interior Design, Architecture or related majors; with more than 5 years of professional experience in interior design
- experience in designing large-scale, luxury interior projects, including but not limited to five-star hotels, residential buildings, villas, sales centers, shopping malls and office buildings.
- Strong concept design capability, excellent creativity and spatial thinking skills, as well as proficient hand-drawing ability.
- Able to independently complete overall project planning and independent design of project areas; with a bold and innovative design style.
- High level of competency in Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD and Sketch Up. Proficient in Spec source or dotstudio or other related software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to self-manage priorities and work collaboratively with an international team.
- Fluency in English, with good oral and written communication skills.
