Our client is one of the leading players in the commercial real estate space with portfolio across India

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Conceptualization, design development and assisting in managing the complete project from enquiry to final execution of projects
• Develop initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and setting project schedules.
• Understand clients' needs and developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
• Design Planning, preparing presentation drawings, Power point presentations / detailing and maintaining effective service and site coordination.
• Responsible for activities commencing from sketch concept stages, presentation, design finalization, budgeting third party contracting till the execution.
• Responsible for selection of material palate considering the technical and functional aspects of every material and cost as per agreed budget.
• Considering materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiating project fees;
  * Conduct feasibility studies for projects.
• Research and gather information and photographs related to the project;
• Producing 'sample boards' for presentation to clients;
• Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer aided design (CAD) software.
• Have Experience on projects like Corporate Offices, Interiors, Hospitality, and Residential etc.
• Responsible for managing a team of Interior Designers, MEP Services;
  * Supervise and monitor work at the design stage and on site;
• Work closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules on larger projects, with architects and other design professionals to determine the best use of space
• Responsible for business development and identify new business and selling services to potential clients.
• Keep up to date with new developments in the design industry.
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Illustrator or other design programs

• B.Arch/ Graduate in Interiors
• 15+ years of experience in commercial office design
• Creativity & Imagination
• An eye for design, including colour and good 3D awareness
• The ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others
• Good drawing skills
• An interest in changing trends in design
• Team Management Skills
• Presentation Skills
