Job DescriptionLandscape Architect / Landscape Designer
Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer toplan, design, and manage landscape projects across commercial, residential,hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The role involves translating design concepts into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments while coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- · Develop landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings
- · Prepare layout plans, plantingplans, hardscape details, and specifications
- · Coordinate with architects,civil engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams
- · Ensure designs comply withlocal regulations, environmental guidelines, and sustainability standards
- · Conduct site analysis and site visits to understand project constraints
- · Prepare BOQs, materialselections, and cost estimates for landscape works
- · Review contractor shop drawing sand monitor site execution for design compliance
- · Support project presentations and client meetings
- · Incorporate sustainable design practices, native planting, and water-efficient solutions
- · Proficiency in AutoCAD(mandatory); knowledge of Sketch Up / Lumion / Photoshop preferred
- · Strong understanding ofsoftscape and hardscape design
- · Knowledge of plant materials,irrigation systems, and landscape construction methods
- · Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- · Strong visualization,presentation, and communication skills
Educational Qualifications
- B.Arch / M.Archwith relevant experience or specialization in Landscape Architecture
- 3–5 years for Landscape Designer
- Experience in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, or Large Township Projects
- Exposure to sustainable and green landscape practices
