The crown jewel located at the heart of the development will be Azizi Opera, a state-of-the-art opera house. Azizi Venice is planned to welcome over 30,000 visitors daily and Azizi Opera will become one of the most notable venues for high-caliber events in the emirate.

The Lead Technical Architect is responsible for overseeing the technical development of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with local authority submission requirements, and aligning designs with project goals. This role involves managing technical documentation, resolving design challenges, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, constructible designs.

A Lead Review Architect is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, compliance, and consistency of architectural designs aspects of Studio 360 design. This role involves reviewing and evaluating project designs to ensure they align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and the company's commitment to developing high-quality communities that people are proud to call home. The Lead Review Architect collaborates with in-house and outsourced professionals, including Concept Architects, Interior Designers, Structural and MEP Engineers, External Consultants, Project Managers, the CTO, DAT, VDEC, Gardinia, Fresia, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Their primary goal is to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective real estate developments on time while maintaining design integrity and mitigating risks.

Be the main resource for details for Architectural design solutions. Provide QAQC oversight of the production documentation.

Provide optimum design solutions to resolve design coordination issues between design disciplines.

Keep up with latest design requirements, updated affection plan, survey, gate level, design service NOC’s, TIS, Sustainability, and environmental requirement, and make the design team aware of these requirements.

Ensure consistency in design quality across multiple projects within the Studio 360, even if concept designs are carried out by different external consultants or in-house Design teams.

Conduct comprehensive reviews of architectural designs, drawings and Specifications to ensure accuracy, feasibility and compliance.

Maintain and updated design guild lines and studio books.

Periodically review projects design progress with Design Managers & HOD to ensure compliance of project to initially approved design directions.

Lead and manage the review of all Architectural design before forward to other departments.

Attend meeting with external consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities as and when required. Regulatory Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

Ensure projects meet local building regulations, master plan / zoning laws, health and safety codes, sustainability standards.

Keep up to date with changes in regulations and industry best practices, ensuring designs remain compliant.

Liaise with permitting authorities to obtain necessary approvals. Quality Assurance and Risk Management

Identify and resolve potential design conflicts or construction risks early in the process.

Establish and enforce quality control; processes to enhance project efficiency and minimize errors.

Ensure all documents, reports and architectural deliverables adhere to high professional standards. Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with project architect, engineers, and consultants to align review feedback with design objectives.

Work closely with design architects to ensure their vision is met while adhering to feasibility and regulatory constraints.

Mediate between design teams and contractors to resolve discrepancies or technical challenges. Mentorship and Process improvement

Provide technical guidance to Design architects, consultants, and engineers throughout project development. Coach, mentor, and educate team members with technical information, standard details, site feedback etc.
