BIM Architect

Fatmeen Consultancy is a boutique Dubai-based Architectural and Engineering company specializing in a wide range of services including Feasibility Studies, Master Planning, Architectural Design, Structural Design, MEP, and Landscaping.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a BIM Architect. The primary responsibilities include creating and managing BIM models, drafting and developing architectural drawings. The BIM Architect will collaborate with engineers and project teams for submittals, ensure design precision, and provide expertise in architectural planning. The role also involves ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements.

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Proficiency in (BIM) tools and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure design accuracy
• Familiarity with relevant tools and software for architectural design and modeling
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Previous experience working on large-scale architecture and construction projects is an advantage
