- Support the design team in the planning, design, and delivery of interior and landscape works for high-end luxury villa projects.
- Work closely with the Design Lead to develop integrated interior and landscape design concepts, technical solutions, and project proposals.
- Create high-quality, innovative interior and landscape concept designs aligned with luxury villa standards and client expectations.
- Lead the preparation of preliminary and detailed design drawings, technical specifications, schedules, and construction documentation for both interior and landscape scopes.
- Develop coordinated design solutions covering space planning, finishes, FF&E, hardscape, softscape, lighting, irrigation, and site furniture.
- Select and recommend suitable materials, finishes, and palettes based on project requirements, market trends, and local availability.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, swimming pool, and site teams to ensure seamless design integration.
- Attend and lead client presentations, design reviews, and coordination meetings.
- Manage and execute projects from concept stage through construction, site execution, and final handover.
- Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations, approval processes, and project standards.
- Prepare professional design presentations using hand sketches, 3D visuals, and digital design tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai/UAE, preferably in high-end luxury villa projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion / 3
Ds Max, and Adobe Suite. - Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, landscape elements, and swimming pool coordination.
- Strong understanding of local authority regulations and approval processes in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and client-management skills.
