Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Conduct clash detection using software such as Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and prepare coordination reports.
- Develop and maintain LOD‑compliant architectural models as per project requirements.
- Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards.
- Perform regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in architectural design and BIM coordination.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, and clash detection processes.
- Experience in large‑scale residential, commercial, or mixed‑use projects.
