Our client is a boutique, design-led luxury interior design studio based in Dubai, known for creating refined, thoughtful, and timeless spaces. The studio offers a full range of design services — from bespoke interiors and landscape design to custom furniture, styling, and on-site coordination — ensuring each project is carefully considered from concept through to completion.

With an understated approach to luxury, the team blends creativity with precision, paying close attention to every detail. Their portfolio includes high-end private residences and selected commercial projects, where strong design vision is balanced with practical execution to deliver interiors that feel personal, purposeful, and enduring.

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and elevate the studio’s design output across multiple luxury projects.

This is a pure design leadership role — not sales-focused — centred on overseeing concept development, guiding design teams, and ensuring consistency in quality, aesthetics, and execution from concept through detailed design.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping design direction, mentoring team members, and maintaining high creative standards across all projects.

As Design Manager, you will:

• Lead and review design concepts across luxury residential and hospitality projects
• Ensure consistency in design language and aesthetic direction
• Oversee design development from concept to detailed stage
• Provide constructive feedback to interior designers, FF&E specialists, and 3D teams
• Coordinate design timelines and workloads with senior leadership
• Review layouts, material boards, and presentations prior to client submission
• Ensure design documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with design intent
• Identify design risks early and propose practical solutions
• Maintain high-quality standards across all project deliverables

• 10–15+ years of experience in luxury interior design
• Strong background in high-end residential and hospitality projects
• Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams
• Excellent space planning and concept development skills
• Strong eye for materials, proportions, and detailing
• Ability to translate creative concepts into buildable design solutions
• Experience working in the GCC preferred
• Fluent English required (Arabic is a plus)
• Calm, structured, and decisive leadership style
