Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly capable and design-driven Senior Architect to join a dynamic architectural design team based in Dubai. This role will involve leading architectural design from concept through schematic stages
, coordinating closely with internal teams and external consultants, and ensuring all deliverables meet both client expectations and local authority requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong conceptual design skills, a solid understanding of UAE regulations, and the ability to manage multiple design packages within fast-paced project environments.

• Lead architectural design development from concept to schematic design
  , including massing studies, layouts, and design narratives
• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, presentations, and design packages
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape consultants
• Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, local authority requirements, and UAE building codes
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
• Support design development, value engineering, and coordination across disciplines
• Mentor and support junior architects while maintaining high design standards and best practices
• Manage architectural deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to project timelines

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognised university
• 5–6 years of overall professional experience; minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in Dubai / UAE
• Professional registration or accreditation is advantageous
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methodologies

• AutoCAD – Advanced
• Rhino 3D – Advanced
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) – Preferred
• Basic knowledge of Sketch Up, Grasshopper, or Revit is an added advantage

• Strong conceptual design and visualisation skills
• Proven experience across concept and schematic design stages
• Good working knowledge of UAE design standards and authority approval processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on design quality
