Senior Landscape Architect

Lavita Landscape is a premier design-and-build firm specializing in luxury outdoor living spaces. We transform high-end residential and commercial properties into lush, functional masterpieces that harmonize with Dubai's unique architectural landscape. We are looking for a visionary Senior Landscape Architect to lead our design team and bridge the gap between creative concepts and technical execution.

As a Senior Landscape Architect, you won’t just be drawing gardens; you’ll be orchestrating environments. You will lead the design process from initial client briefing through to final site inspection. This role requires a sophisticated aesthetic eye, a deep understanding of arid climate horticulture, and the ability to manage complex site constraints in a fast-paced urban environment.

• Design Leadership:
  Develop innovative master plans, hardscape details, and softscape palettes that align with the "Lavita" luxury aesthetic.
• Technical Documentation:
  Oversee the production of detailed construction drawings, including grading plans, drainage systems, and MEP coordination.
• Client Management:
  Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, presenting design iterations and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Supervision:
  Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction aligns with design specifications and quality standards.
• Sustainability Integration:
  Implement water-efficient irrigation and sustainable material choices suitable for the UAE climate.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically in the UAE/GCC market

• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign), and 3D modeling software (Lumion, Rhino, or Sketch Up).
• Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality (DM) and Trakhees regulations, as well as local plant species and their irrigation needs.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to articulate design logic to both stakeholders and site contractors.
