The Arts Club Dubai is perfectly located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totaling 65,000 square feet, in the brand-new ICD Brookfield Place development designed by Foster + Partners. It is the first international outpost of the celebrated and historical private members’ club, established in 1863 in Mayfair, London. We are seeking a collaborative and dynamic project manager to join our growing team. As Project Manager / Head of Project & Design, you will lead and manage diverse projects from concept to execution, ensuring innovative and exceptional solutions that align with our club requirements and objectives. Projects include new site locations, renovations, FF&E, and club activations.

• Manage and collaborate with multiple consultants, designers, contractors, suppliers
• Produce concept and detail drawings including space planning, material & mood boards, FF&E, presentations as required
• Liaise and communicate with internal teams to assess and deliver necessary collateral
• Create presentations for pitching to internal stakeholders, external parties and briefing consultants
• Research current trends, materials, or cultural references relevant to each project and apply them with innovation
• Manage time and quality control across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met on time and within budget
• Oversee design and planning of BOH, kitchen areas, MEP services
• Control and manage project budget and cash flow with finance teams
• Bring curiosity, creativity, and attention to detail to everything you do

• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in a design and project management role ideally within the luxury or hospitality sector
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Design or related field from a European or American university
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, Sketch Up/Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, AI, 3D rendering skills a plus: (V‑Ray, Enscape, etc.)
• Versatile and agile between 3D and 2D interfaces
• Graphic design skills are a plus
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills
• Strong management skills to monitor and control budgets across multiple projects
• Strong creative problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines
• A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to grow
