Project Support Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fit‑Out Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit‑out projects across the UAE.

• Coordinate and monitor multiple interior fit‑out projects simultaneously from start to final completion and handover.
• Extensive knowledge in reviewing MEP and HVAC drawings and MEP materials procurement.
• Review drawings, manage project documentation, and ensure proper distribution of drawings to site teams.
• Assist in requesting and comparing material quotations from suppliers based on specification sheets.
• Prepare Material Submittals, samples, tags, and coordination for sample preparation and client approval.
• Support Site Engineers and Project Managers with site requirements and coordination.
• Prepare Material Submittals forms for the client approval, with the ability to track the finishing materials efficiently before purchasing.
• Collect daily site photos and maintain organized project records and folders.
• Monitor daily site operations, track project progress and project schedules, and prepare comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports for management review.
• Request, follow up, and collect documents for authority approvals and final inspections (DM, DCD, DDA, Concordia, DEWA, etc.).
• Follow up with subcontractors on progress, quality, and deliverables.

• Educational background in Architecture, Interior Design, or MEP Engineering.
• Proven experience coordinating interior fit‑out projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and inspection processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings (MEP, HVAC & Architectural) and specifications.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
• Experience in handling site documentation and reporting.
