Senior Interior Designer – Creative Lead - high-end residential and hospitality projects - Dubai
A boutique interior design studio in Dubai is seeking an experienced senior interior designer to lead creative direction and support the studio’s continued growth within the high-end residential and hospitality sector. This role is ideal for a highly creative designer with strong conceptual ability and leadership experience, ready to contribute at both design and strategic levels.
The studio specializes in high-end residential and hospitality projects known for strong design narratives, bold materiality, and refined execution. With an evolving vision to become a fully integrated design house offering architecture, interiors, landscape, FF&E, and turnkey design & build solutions, the company operates at the premium end of the regional market.
The successful candidate will lead concept development from brief through delivery, oversee design quality across multiple projects, mentor designers, and maintain high presentation and design standards. The role includes collaboration with technical and visualization teams, participation in client presentations, and contributing to the studio’s creative identity and growth strategy.
Requirements- 8–15 years of experience in luxury interior design
- Strong portfolio of high-end residential and/or hospitality projects
- Proven experience leading or mentoring design teams
- Strong conceptual thinking and material understanding
- Confident in client-facing presentations and communication
- Middle East experience preferred, with international design exposure is advantageous.
