This is a brilliant opportunity for a creatively minded Interior Designer to join one of the Middle East’s most culturally driven studios, renowned for context-led design and luxury projects across the region. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working across high-end residential, hospitality, commercial and retail schemes, creating spaces that are both refined and deeply rooted in their surroundings.
The studioOur client is an international architecture and interiors practice with studios in Dubai, Amman and a partner studio in London, known for blending global design thinking with regional insight. Their work is design-led, detail-focused and strongly driven by local culture and materials, shaping contemporary Middle Eastern architecture and interiors.
The roleYou’ll support Senior and Lead Interior Designers in delivering FF&E and interior architecture packages on small to mid-scale projects and project packages. You’ll be heavily involved in concept design, technical documentation, material research and coordination, with strong mentorship to help you sharpen your technical and design skills.
What you’ll be doing- Assisting with interior concept design, material palettes, mood boards and FF&E selections.
- Preparing presentation packs, sample boards and visuals in line with the studio’s design ethos.
- Developing interior layouts, joinery details and finishes under the guidance of senior designers.
- Researching materials, finishes, furniture and suppliers to support the design narrative.
- Preparing and developing detailed FF&E schedules, drawings and joinery packages.
- Assisting with interior construction documentation and coordination with architecture, structure, MEP, lighting, FLS and AV teams.
- Ensuring all documentation aligns with studio standards and client expectations.
- Liaising with suppliers and sub-consultants for samples, pricing and technical information.
- Attending coordination meetings and workshops with support from senior team members.
- Supporting the lead (Senior Interior Designer or Associate) across allocated packages.
- Collaborating closely within the project team and contributing to a positive, studio-wide culture.
- Recording project work and timesheets in line with office processes and deadlines.
- Actively growing your technical knowledge, material research skills and interior detailing capabilities.
- Seeking regular feedback from seniors and contributing to internal design reviews.
- Staying current with interior trends, material innovations, sustainability approaches and regional fit-out standards.
- Embracing cross-disciplinary exposure to architecture, structure, MEP, lighting and AV.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or equivalent.
- Experience delivering interior architecture and/or FF&E packages within a design-led studio.
- Strong eye for materials, detailing and well-resolved design documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max and the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience on high-end residential, hospitality or retail projects, ideally in the Middle East.
- Ambition to work toward professional registration where applicable.

- Consistent, timely submission of timesheets and adherence to studio procedures.
- Salary in the region of 18,000–23,000 AED per month, dependent on experience.
