đź“Ť Based in Dubai (Occasional International Travel Required)
Infinity Design & Architecture is seeking an experienced Design Lead to drive the design vision and technical delivery of luxury hospitality projects across architecture, master planning, and interiors.
We are looking for a design-driven yet technically rigorous leader — someone capable of creating exceptional architectural concepts while ensuring precision and buildability through to IFC stage.
This is a leadership role with long-term growth potential within the firm.
Key Responsibilities- Lead luxury hospitality projects from concept through IFC
- Develop architectural concepts, master plans, and interior design strategies
- Ensure strong cohesion between architecture and interior language
- Maintain design integrity while delivering technically sound solutions
- Lead and mentor architectural and interior teams
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, landscape, lighting, and specialist consultants
- Oversee design reviews and quality control processes
- Present design concepts to clients, hotel operators, and stakeholders
- Travel internationally on a project basis as required
- 10+ years of professional architectural experience
- Proven luxury hospitality experience (5-star hotels, resorts, branded residences) – mandatory
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Luxury hospitality interiors
- Advanced proficiency in:
- AI tools for design development and visualization
- Strong technical knowledge of detailing and IFC documentation
- Experience leading teams and coordinating multidisciplinary consultants
- Experience working with international hotel operators preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required by project needs
