What you'll be doing

The job holder supports the end-to-end delivery of projects from concept to handover, ensuring timely progress, quality execution, and alignment with design intent. The role involves active follow‑up with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, as well as technical support in preparing layouts, presentations, and renders to assist decision‑making and project advancement.

Proactive Liaison
  • Ensure all constraints imposed by law or by authorities in charge have been listed and attended to in the sequence required
  • Ensure all legal authorizations and permits are obtained in a timely manner
  • Liaise with clients and clients’ business partners regarding the project
  • Liaise with project team members and with other divisions whenever required
Reporting
  • Provide systematically full reports, as to progress in general, to supervisors
  • Provide list of would‑be problems and solutions for approval
Project Follow‑Up
  • Produce status summaries of verified project as per a specific calendar
  • Follow up on approvals and payments cycles, and vreport delays
  • Follow up on material deliveries
  • Gather information for project cost estimation
  • Prepare quotations per project
  • Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed
Site Coordination & Follow‑up
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality against approved drawings and specifications.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure adherence to timelines and resolve on‑site issues.
  • Track and report site progress, highlighting delays or discrepancies and proposing corrective actions
Design & Technical Support
  • Prepare design layouts, space plans, and renders using AutoCAD and/or Sketch Up to support concept development and presentations.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure project documentation and drawings are updated and aligned with site progress.
  • Assist in compiling tender documents, BOQs, and drawing packages for approval and issuance.
Contracts & Procurement Support
  • Support the preparation and follow‑up of contract appointments and documentation with group procurement.
  • Assist in reviewing quotations and material submittals.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • 1–3 years of experience in design coordination or project delivery within retail, F&B, or hospitality sectors, preferably in Luxury.
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or equivalent experience in Project Management.
