We are recruiting a Senior FF&E Designer for an international design studio’s Dubai office known for creating exceptional hospitality and high-end residential spaces.
The Senior FF&E Designer position will involve development of custom furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) solutions for luxury hospitality and residential projects. This role requires a highly skilled and creative individual with a deep understanding of high-end design, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You will collaborate closely with the design director, project managers, and other team members, ensuring that all FF&E elements are aligned with the design vision and client expectations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Lead the development of FF&E concepts, mood boards, layouts, and specifications for luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the client’s vision and project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to develop custom pieces and ensure product quality, compliance, and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior FF&E designers and provide guidance on design development, client communication, and project execution.
- Ensure the team maintains the highest standards of design quality, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in FF&E design.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture fabrication processes.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, and 3D visualization tools.
