• Developing creative design strategies and aligning them with master planning objectives
• Supporting tendering processes and managing design consultant contracts
• Coordinating with infrastructure, security, and program teams to deliver integrated outcomes
• Managing 3rd party design firms and leading creative sessions
• Ensuring design compliance with codes, standards, and programme milestones
• Producing high-quality reports, presentations, and concept materials
