Overview
We are seeking an Architect – Authority Relations with strong experience in managing architectural submissions and approvals with Dubai authorities for construction and consultancy projects.
📍 Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities- Coordinate and liaise with Dubai authorities including Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defense, DEWA, RTA
, and other relevant entities. - Prepare, submit, track, and follow up on architectural drawings, permits, and NOCs.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE building codes, zoning regulations, and authority guidelines.
- Review architectural drawings prior to submission and address authority comments.
- Coordinate with internal design teams, MEP/structural consultants, and clients to secure timely approvals.
- Attend authority meetings, technical discussions, and inspections as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
. - 5+ years of UAE experience
, with proven exposure to Dubai authority approvals. - Strong knowledge of local regulations and submission processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
