Senior 3D Visualizer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior 3D Visualizer to join our Dubai-based architectural team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong eye for detail and a passion for transforming architectural concepts into striking, high-impact visual narratives that engage clients and stakeholders.

• Create exceptional-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations that clearly communicate architectural intent and design vision.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to fully understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual outputs.
• Produce highly detailed, realistic imagery using industry-standard 3D software, ensuring both technical accuracy and aesthetic excellence.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining high visual and quality standards.
• Stay informed on the latest visualization techniques, tools, and software developments, applying innovation to enhance project delivery.
• Support client presentations by clearly and effectively conveying design concepts, refinements, and enhancements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of visualization workflows, best practices, and quality benchmarks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Visual Arts, 3D Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as a 3D Visualizer within the architecture or design industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or similar tools.
• Strong artistic and technical skills with a keen eye for detail, lighting, composition, and color.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Experience with post-production tools like Photoshop and After Effects is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural visualization work.
